All services are provided via secure telehealth and are offered to anyone living in the state of South Carolina. Internet access with video and sound are required for visits. Those who do not have personal internet access through wifi or mobile data may make arrangements to visit local wifi hotspots or a Medicare approved telehealth location near you. You must provide your actual physical location at the time of your telehealth visit in case of medical emergency.

Telehealth

Telehealth is completed using secure, HIPAA compliant sites that require a video capable device, such as a smart phone, tablet, or computer. We use Simple Practice, Spruce Health, Doxy.me, Zoom, and Google Meet depending on individual needs.  We prefer Simple Practice, but we will use any of the other platforms if needed. We believe in options!

IDENTIFY THE CLINICIAN THAT BEST SUITS YOUR NEEDS

Carol E. O. Anderson works with adolescents, adults, and seniors. Jessica Sellers works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families with minor children.

 

PLEASE READ ALL STEPS BEFORE PROCEEDING

1) Go to your email and add yourprovider@simplepractice.com to your contacts.

2) Click the link to the client portal.

2) Request an appointment with the desired clinician.

3) Check your email for a response from yourprovider@simplepractice.com

4) Click the link, log into the client portal, and click on the Documents tab.

5) Complete all documentation.

6) Download the Toolkit and read through it for helpful tools.

7) Expect a text invitation to join Spruce Telehealth for secure texting.

8) At the time of your appointment, please click the link on your client portal to join the waiting room.

We respond fastest to texts through Spruce or 803-851-0902.

 

Please note that we do not have a receptionist or a 24-hour answering service. Calls made before 1 pm are generally returned the same business day, while calls made after 1 pm will be returned after 6 pm the same day or before 9 am the following business day. The office is closed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
